From Lotus Design Int'l:

This Java applet allows you to display text with a 3D running color special effect and a sound effect. Features include a few configurable parameters; you can define the font, style, and size of text, as well as specify the 3D shadow depth. This version of 3DColorText Java Applet can be used offline for an unlimited time period. A sound card is required in order to incorporate sound effects.

"i was not able to use it. it was not having .exe file so how can i install it"
