Pros: Unbelievably helpful and now even more versatile. As a journalist, I use this program all day long to beautifully manage an average of 25 open projects, some of which take weeks and others of which take no more than a few minutes. It not only organizes and displays them in a totally intuitive way, it stores links to all the relevant documents and websites I use for source material. The visual markers (colored flags, tags, borders, etc.) mean that I just glance at the screen instead of reading it, a huge time-saver. Basically, I can see all my projects at one go, at a glance know what I'm supposed to do next, and in a couple of clicks from the same page, I have open every document, e-mail, and web page I need to get the job done. And I can store a huge amount of information, because the screen has a nice grabber tool that moves me around the page. Great for using as a kind of adjunct word-processor for writing huge projects, because you don't have to work linearly. I've introduced it to the staff of the mag I work for, and my new boss said, after the second day of using it, "If I had to give this up, my head would explode." The developers have created a world-class project.
Cons: Doesn't have audio-visual alerts for tasks, nor does it have count-up timers for tasks. You also can't drag selected text fragments within or among topics--you have to copy and paste. C'mon guys--bring it on for 8.0!
