A Sound Piece of Software.

Pros: The 1-click optimization feature is very handy and saves a lot of time clearing out old file history, internet history and cookies, also cleaning up the computer registry all in one click. The Defrag 2 is excellent and the Start Up Tuner helps to identify the programs that launch when you log into your Windows Account. The Privacy and Security section is something that ought to be used with it's powerful tools such as the File Wiper (once a file is deleted it is near on impossible to retrieve), the Undeleter (retrieve deleted files) and the File Encrypter and Decrypter. The program also provides you with a detailed section about your computer specifications and i also like the System Benchmark (comparing your computer to a set list of other computers). There are many other good features too. All in all this program is worth it's weight in gold.

Good Value for Money

Pros: I was impressed at the quality of Ashampoo AntiVirus considering how much i paid for it. The product is graphically appealing and has a nice layout. The scan is very thorough and was able to detect one or two minor viruses and my previous anti-virus software did not. I like the small addition this program adds to the Windows Vista sidebar. The program is relatively light on the system as well.

Cons: Like it's sibling Ashampoo AntiSpyWare the scan could be faster but this is not a major problem.
