CANNOT UPDATE. DOESN'T SEE WHAT AVG 8 DOES

Pros: Not sure if it works at all.

Cons: Every time I click CHECK FOR UPDATE, it searches for 30 seconds then says CANNOT CHECK FOR UPDATES. I have no problems with my internet connection. Is anyone else having problems updating CWShredder?

Also, when i run a virus scan with AVG 8, it finds thousands of instances of CoolWebSearch, but freezes every single time I try to REMOVE ALL UNHEALDED INFECTIONS. Does anyone know why?
