AT&T Tech Support 360works fine but...
Pros: it's a lot better than windows' task manager, it does its job perfectly!
Cons: but i prefer process explorer, does almost the same, it's fully customizable and it's free!

Cons: it didn't tame anything, i hoped it tamed the processes that surpased the use of ram that i set, but it doesnt do anything! you can only change the process' priorities manually, obsolete

Version: 1.3has been very useful for me!
Pros: the "Advanced" tab is the most useful feature. You can delete unneeded regystry and system files, that just slow your cpu. There's an option that checks the running processes, so if your task manager doesnt wanna work (i've experienced this) you can close any anoying app here. If you have some start apps that you dont need, you can disable them too.
Cons: Not so good as and anti-spyware, but some times has found things that ad-aware ignore. The advanced tab is not made for newbies, so don't mess unless you are sure of what you are doing.

Version: 11Great for downloading videos
Pros: My favorite realplayer's feature is the multimedia downloader, with a single click you can download videos from youtube, songs from myspace, even the songs that you buy in download.com ^_^ i simply love it!
It works fine as a media player, it can play almost any format available.
Has a nice GUI.
Great for organizing your media library, it saved me a lot of time doing that!
Cons: It's a bit laggy, and it may be a resource hog!

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition
Version: 8.0.1overrated software
Pros: it's free
Cons: it's not that big deal, people only download it because it's popular... i had it installed and it didn't catch viruses that avast caught and deleted with no problem, so i don't think it deserves all that fame...
