Cons: Free to try means it will (theoretically) retrieve deleted songs but you can't save them on your iPod without paying the $69 - and then you can find out that it only saved a portion of the accidentally deleted songs. And I can imagine how easy it would be to get a refund if it doesn't work.

Pros: Simple to use - works like a charm - does everything it claims to do (so far). Most impressed.
