snood-dual core-vista not working

Pros: I love snood. Have always loved it. But......

Cons: It allows me to register only to "un-register" me after I close the game out and start again. It doesn't hold my scores. So I'm always starting from scratch each time I open the game.

Despite trying for six or seven weeks, the Snood team has not responded to my emails asking for help.

Very disappointed.
