Pros: I have been using YouTubeDownloader which works fine but is limited to youtube content. I got Orbit Downloader specifically to download online videos from other sites. Despite the other complaints I read here about compatibility with Firefox, I had no trouble whatsoever using it with Firefox 2.xxx. It worked flawlessly for my intended purpose.

Pros: Reliable and VERY fast. And it's free of course.
Cons: None that I have noticed.
