Paint.NET
Version: 3.35Better than Expected
Pros: I have been using Paint.NET for a while now. I highly recommend this program. It does not have as many features of Macromedia Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop, of course, but this is the best that you can get for a free program. There are many useful plug-ins that you can download on the Paint.NET forums. Again, I highly recommend this.

Version: 2Just get Flash.
Pros: This is ok, but not very good. If you are going to make animation, use flash. It does cost a lot more, but it is way better than this. Yes flash may be harder, but it is better.
Cons: Didn't like it.

Pros: This is by far one of the best audio editors, and the best part is that it is free. This is very easy to use and suites all of my needs. I highly recommend this!
Cons: As other users have already mentioned, the interface is plain. The graphics could also use a little updating.

Pros: This Multimedia player is very easy to use and supports many audio and video file types. Its a lot better then I had expected. Easy to use for SHOUTcast Radio, many useful plug-ins, etcetera. I highly recommend this.
