I wanted more information, but found the program lacking.

Pros: It was easy to install, easy to navigate. Log file timestamps some activities. Programs actively used are logged.

Cons: You have to stop logging to view the log file, there is not enough information in the log file concerning websites visited i.e. it doesn't give an IP address or an URL, only the website title. It didn't work well with Opera web browser, opening sites in tabs in either the foreground or background didn't even register in the log file. I found that it didn't log some keystrokes.
