Google Apps needs to swallow these guys

Pros: I have to admit that I was fairly skeptical when I downloaded this free behemoth. Can a give-away system really do anything useful for me? Amazingly enough I've been pleasantly surprised. Some of the UI seems a little quirky, but overall the capabilities are phenomenal. They could be making a lot of money off of this, so I'd love to know why they offer it for free. I'm in the process of switching my operation (35 employees) over to using it. I've seen some positive posts out there about their support which is a good sign since I'm sure I'll be using them as I get going. I would recommend this to about any small or mid-sized business. If they ever go through and polish up the UI a little more and maybe add some usability enhancements I'll definitely give it my 5th star. This is an excellent business app for us smaller players that really need to watch budgets. Even the bigger cats could use it, but the low price may turn them off.
