It's free,it runs well on the 3 PC's I tried it on.
Pros: It's not slow as some. I've never had a problem getting it to run. And, again, it's free.

Version: 4.11 of 2 best freeware imaging apps out there.
Pros: Runs good, even on an older PC, doesn't lock, hang, crash, etc. Lot of features & operations supported. Plugins increase funtionality. Clean install with no unexpected crapware or stuff going on behind the scenes.
Cons: Some things are hard to learn/figure out how to do. On a scale of 1-4 the learning curve is about a 3.

Ashampoo Burning Studio Free
Version: 6.61Not fast, not intuitive, moderately steep learning curve but, gets most jobs done.
Pros: Free, runs ok on my older PC, doesn't hang or poop-out ver often. Gets most jobs done.
Cons: Not feature rich, takes more time to learn to use than I anticpated.
