Works well after bad problem fixed

Pros: I was dissatisfied with the Windows Vista file backup utility and downloaded Back2Normal 1064. It worked great.

Cons: Before long I found it was causing Windows Update installations to fail. When I reported this to Amacom, they took it seriously and went as far as buying a computer like mine from HP to troubleshoot it. It took them 2 months, but the problem is fixed in v. 1068. The cause of the problem, they said, was that they were turning off the NTFS Transaction Manager on both the source and target disks, instead of only turning it off for the target disk. After upgrading to v. 1068, I have had no further problems.
