Game okay, customer service sucks!!!

Pros: Gameplay was easy, good variety of weapons and maps.

Cons: Software was okay, but customer service sucks. I was banned from game without reason. I contacted customer service twice about it and they just sent a generic reply (same on twice!) stating I violated the rules, but never told me what rule. Then they ignored my request for a refund on my premium service. Beware, DON'T purchase extra options, they WILL rip you off! Checked on my problem with several message boards only to find I'm one of THOUSANDS they've done this too.
