Garbage, absolute garbage

Cons: This is the biggest joke. Total scam to get your to purchase, and then after purchase only 40 songs will transfer and then POWEE! -computer freezes. Customer support is done by a 12 year old, and their suggestions are "make sure all songs are selected". The absolute worst purchase I've ever made, my $20 dollars would have been better spent by changing it into ones and making it rain in a supermarket somewhere.
