Not in my arsenal of Spyware Removers anymore.

Pros: Scanning times are reasonable.

Updates are fairly fast and regular.

Is long as I dont have Webroot Spy Sweeper real-time protection enabled and I dont have it start when widows starts up I have no conflicts with Panda Internet Security 2008.

Cons: Ever since I installed Panda Internet Security 2008 Webroot Spy Sweeper 5.5 hasnt deteced a single infection. I didnt write this review to promote Panda Internet Security 2008 I'm just stating a fact. And I'm glad that I will be saving money $29.95 by not purchasing a key when my subscription expires. I have other spyware/malware/nasty removers I wont be renewing because they havent found any infections since I installed Panda. ( Just stating facts dont shoot the messenger ).

Works good with WinASO Registry Optimizer.

Pros: I use Registry Mechanic 7 along with WinASO Registry Optimizer 4.0 I DO NOT have them scan the same areas of the registry. I wanted to see which of the two found the most registry errors I did a full scan with both. Registry Mechanic 7 found more errors in certain areas than WinASO Registry Optimizer 4.0. So which ever one found the most errors in a certain area thats the one I have scan that area of the registry. You have to go through the scan options of both and put a check mark next to the area of the registry you want each to scan and make sure they dont scan the same items. WinASO Registry Optimizer scans a few more areas of the registry but I still like both programs both are worth having the paid versions of on your computer.

Cons: Even though I use both Registry Mechanic 7 and WinASO Registry Optimizer 4.0 I still have to go through the registry and remove some items left behind by programs I uninstalled. If I wasnt using both Registry Mechanic and WinASO Registry Optimizer it would take alot longer to go through the registry and find these items. Another thing is after a certain period of time you want to go to Registry Mechanic and WinASO Registry Optimizers install folder and delete the back ups they can get big in a short period of time.

Worth giving it a try

Pros: A pretty simple looking program without a lot of bells and whistles but it does what it claims thats the main thing. After installing and updating Trojan Remover fast scans your computer if it finds any nasties you can take the appropriate action. It did find a few trojans my antivirus missed so I did a in depth scan just to be on the safe side.

Cons: No real biggie not a false positive but Trojan Remover questioned a legitimate auto run so I put it in Trojan Removers excluded list.
