Pros: Good quality, easy to use audio recorder. Record from a variety of sources and save as mp3, wma or wav files in a variety of formats.
Cons: Could be improved by allowing adjustment of recording levels and inclusion of VU meters

Pros: Very easy to use utilising a minimum of features, create ID cards, letterheads and envelopes, labels, etc.
Cons: No ability to save projects

Pros: Very easy to get started, good for quick recordings with a minimum of setting up.
Cons: A working VU meter would be useful.

Pros: Exceptional range of effects and features for a free sound editor. Edit and re-master existing tracks or record from mic, line-in, etc. Probably a little advanced for novices but excellent for intermediate users and above.
Cons: Rotary controls on effects panels are initially a little awkward to use.
On-line help is in Japanese.

Pros: Good range of guitar type fx pedals, distortion, flanger, phaser, etc. Easy to use and with a wide range of effect adjustment.
