Pros: It is an outstanding product-customer service HORRIBLE
Cons: I have gone back again and again because I love the product, and quit again and again because of problems. I use the 'freeware' which is just not what I want. If I could find a comparable or better product would NEVER return.

Pros: customer support responsive
Cons: So many problems it's hard to remember them all. Crashed my system to the extent I needed interactive help restoring it. Too many choices/options. Very 'buggy'. At first I did not know what was causing all of the problems, but realized what was happening after I uninstalled/reinstalled a few times, all other things being equal this was the only variable.
