Pros: It downloaded, installed and most importantly uninstalled without a hitch.
Cons: I tried using this program to rotate an image more precisely than possible with my scanner software. The imaged it produced was pixilated *****. With that said, it will rotate images small fractions of a degree. If you aren't concern with the resultant image looking like complete *****, this product is for you.

Pros: It downloads, installs and uninstalls without a problem.
Cons: I tried using this program to rotate an image one half of a degree. It does so... along with the added bonus of blurring stripes of the image about every ý inch or so. If you are looking for a program that finely rotates an image while simultaneously turning it into dog *****, then this program is for you.
