If your hard drive needs space NOW - this is the tool for you

Pros: I was getting short on space and exploring several options, including trashing everything I could live without - then I came across Xslimmer. The free version only allows "slimming of 50MB" - nothing in the real world, so I forked over the $9.95, and, rarely do I say this - "IT IS A BARGAIN." 8.6GB's of programs Xslimmed down to 4.9GB's in a few minutes (and I left the 'black-listed' alone). No fat in my Mac no mo'. I put the backup Xslimmed programs on my external HD, just in case; but every program still works and no problems yet. Easy on the pocket & easy to use. My kind of utility.
