i would give it a four and a half
Pros: tons of customization options, great effect on machine(positive ones)
Cons: heavier than ccleaner, but has more options

Version: 2.0.0.13awesome, but update didnt really do anything
Pros: tons of addons, best reliability, faster than ie, obviously.(only thing slower than ie is if you unplug the network). lots of options
Cons: slower than safari and opera. takes more ram than opera

Pros: easy to use, no problems, and works better than foxit reader, I think
