This is not freeware.

Cons: It says this thing is Freeware. But it's not, it's Shareware and restricted to converting ONE file only per instance.

...and doesn't even work.

Pazera Free Video To Flash Converter

The only one that worked for me. And FREE!

Pros: I tried several other converters, some Shareware and some other free ones. None of them worked, either couldn't read the input format/codec or didn't convert at all.

This one - just works. And fine. And fast. And free. What else d'you want?

Free Video to Flash Converter

Lots of MSVCR70 issues - no conversion.

Cons: Nope, i definitely HAVE GOT the msvcr70.dll on my system. Checked it manually.

All this thing does is spit out Error messages, but there's no actual conversion happening.
