Pros: It's free.
Cons: Performance is marginal and spyware/malware concerns raised in other reviews appear to be correct. Even if I hadn't tossed the program because of poor performance, I would have tossed it due to security concerns.

Pros: I have always had excellent results with this program, which I've used for several months now. Interface, speed, and variety of compression formats are all very good.
Cons: None.

Pros: Not too much, at least compared to many other internet tv programs that are also free and significantly better.
Cons: Inserts itself as a startup program, whether or not you want it, not only during installation but also -- at least in my experience -- after you try to remove it from the startup list. Very, very annoying, even if it is free.

Pros: The removal process is extremely thorough, which, I assume, is what a good removal program should be.
Cons: It can be slow throughout the process. Given its thoroughness, however, and also given that removal programs are generally slow, I would not consider this to be a major shortcoming of the program.

Pros: Unlike many other video grabbers -- and I've tried quite a few -- this one consistently works. That by itself is worth a 5-star rating.
Cons: It's a little slow. But you can queue a string of downloads and do something else while it grabs them, so the speed is not a serious shortcoming.
