Great product but support has left the planet.

Pros: Great monitoring features for advanced users. I use it to make sure I'm getting the bandwidth I'm paying for. I'm not. Since it monitors total network speed, the customer relations folks can't run you around with the crib sheets they are provided with by the IP companies.

Cons: Well I like the software, so I buy it. Supposed to get a key in 24 hours. Not happening. Now I have to wait for the counter to count down while it tells me the evaluation period is over and I must wait for counter to finish to use the software illegally. I email support, the only option given on the site, and get undeliverable error. Something about mailbox full or exceeded storage limits. I?m not happy.
