Pros: I never even think about whether this software will work or not, it just does.
Cons: Be careful about downloading the standard edition. If you elect not to purchase it, they continue to ask until you figure out how to remove their cookie (or whatever it was I had to remove). Very annoying.

Pros: It is a free alternative to MS Office.
Cons: It crashes every time I open it.
