Great Promise, hard to get there

Pros: My brother in Taiwan called me on skype and I was impressed by the sound quality, as good or better than any other phone service. So I downloaded it so I could call him back!

Cons: Then the fun did not begin. I found it very difficult to get to a place where I could make a call and have not gotten there yet. There seem to be many attempts to lure me into buying something despite the promise of 'free'. I will try again, I have advanced academic degrees and have been a Mac user since 1984 and yet this software is not so easy to use. I will try again...
