Pros: Download was so easy that even a non computer person could download with no trouble. What a joy to use. Looks just like the limewire screen without the Limewire trouble.
Cons: The only thing I didnt like was that my download had to come from a third party. Hope that doesnt cause me any trouble

Pros: Its student friendly user even if you have the Vista version ( which is not friendly user). Spell check is a big plus.
Cons: Well I have heard that some versions of word has a hard time with single space. Word likes to double space which makes it hard of executive workers who are old school.

Cons: Limewire doesnt work with win.vista. Firewall trouble will drive you NUTS!!! Not worth the worry or trouble. I hope they enjoy the money I paid for it and will never get to use it.
