The Unblock Websites Proxy Program
Version: 1OK, but no encryption
Pros: This software does what it says, but the lack of encryption means that network admins can still see what you're transmitting and receiving in plain text. I like GoTrusted Secure Tunnel better. Overall it works, although it could be better.
Cons: Lacks encryption.

Pros: Works well.
Cons: The ads are a little annoying. I don't like any security software that contains ads. Charge me if you have to!
