Major Bugs, NO, NONE, NOTHING in terms of support

Cons: I tested the software, and it appeared to do everything i wanted, unfortunately once I purchased it and tried to enter high value items the calculation went wrong on the invoice, for example 1 x laptop at 900 Euros plus tax at 16% calculated at 1 euro. I sent an email, completed form on web site and sent another email, not one reply, it?s been a week now maybe I am inpatient, but how long should I wait . I feel that I have just thrown money away, I now have to start looking for another program that will do what I want it to, and of course, one that works. My advice is stay away, because even if it works from the outset, you can be sure that if it goes wrong, there will be NO support available
