Pros: It can play everything too! This is a excellent software!
Cons: I just download it and I'm not sure if it is really a freeware or some kind of "30 days" trial.

Free Video Downloader
Version: 1.2Works well
Pros: Can download YouTube's video well. I didn't try others but I think they can be downloaded too. It can convert the original video format (.flv) to many other formats.
Cons: Video's quality bad. But I think that's YouTube's problem.
