I didn't like it. I deleted it and downloaded FileZilla.

Cons: It wasn't free.

There was a log with nothing that I recognized.

I couldn't figure it out!! I've used SmartFTP without difficulty, but not 123FTP-Free

FileZilla works just fine, and fast. And it's FREE. I don't use ftp often enough to pay out money for something I can get free.
