Leaks memory when using c# - can be seen in demo, poor support

Cons: The memory leak can be seen when simply using the sample project provided in download: "b_Decode". You load the jp2 images into a viewer, as you continue to load, the memory usage continues to climb. The developer has said that linking statically "may" fix this issue. This requires extra work on my part - only to hope that this "may" fix the issue.

Poor support: When I asked for a sample visual studio project using static linking that I can follow as template, I did not receive an email back as to whether this was possible or not.
