Unless you really need it, Go with 7-zip.

Pros: Supports many formats. Does it's job very well.

Cons: Not worth the price. If you can live without needing ACE compression, go with 7-zip archiver.

Good, but Milkdrop is better.

Pros: Smooth and colorful. Many presets in one plugin.

Cons: Costful. Free version starts with nag screen. if possible, try milkdrop before trying this.

Not for Low-Ram computers.

Pros: Seems to have a lot of options for music creation

Cons: Freezes after about a minute. No sound and I could not fix with new/different sound drivers. Eats up CPU. FLstudio/Reason both work fine on my computer.

-note: I'm using an AMD athlon XP 1600+ (1.4 gh) with 512mb of Ram, so if you have anything less powerful than that, you'll probably have problems.
