All2WAV Recorder
Version: 3does not record from other apps, unless you put a mic by a speaker.
Cons: pretty lame. Not useful recording from another media player (which it advertises to do). You literally have to put a microphone in front of the speaker. IOW, it only records from the mic line or the "line in" on your soundcard... if the player cannot natively play the file (i.e. I had to use RealPlayer)
