A Very Good Media Player....With One Exception

Pros: I tried this and I must say it is an impressive media player. It played my files without a hitch. I played one of my .avi files in WinDVD9 and then did a comparison by playing the same file in Windows Media Player. Oddly enough, the file was noticeably clearer and sharper in WMP 11 than WinDVD9.

Cons: Video files look great, but through my comparison, did not come out as sharp and clear as they did in Windows Media Player 11. Nonetheless, a good media player, if you're willing to shell out $80. WMP 11 in my opinion is better, and it didn't cost me one dime.

Excellent Converter Program

Pros: I love the fact that now, you're given the option of converting your videos into various HD formats. It's amazing how many different formats you get to choose from. Most programs don't give you nearly half the format options this one provides. I use it and it has made my videos look and sound a lot better. I haven't experienced any problems with this. Great software

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Working great.

GOM Media Player

Quite the useful media player

Pros: I use this for watching my movies and sports events, and the picture is amazing. It starts up quickly, runs without flaw, and has it's own built-in codecs. This plays almost every video format, so I'm impressed. Also, it has a function that lets you take real-time snapshots of whatever you're watching. Such a cool feature. I give it a 10/10 rating.

Cons: I haven't seen any flaws with this media player. Just perfect.

Something Microsoft Got Right!!!

Pros: I find that if you have the right codec packs and know how to adjust the SRS Audio Enhancement feature, this media player will be your best friend. I use it to play my music and movies and I'm satisfied with my choice. The SRS Audio Enhancement makes everything sound really great, especially if you use a nice surround sound speaker system on your PC.

Cons: Nothing. Everything I need works well.

Incredible Program. Vista needs themes like these.

Pros: I love that it's an all in one program. It changes everything for you without having to install a bunch of confusing programs. I love the look. Gives Vista a nice makeover

Cons: I don't like that the themes you have to pay for are $19.99. I'll save up and then get a couple more for my computer from their site. Other than that, this is excellent stuff.
