Pros: The complicated-seeming interface is actually easy to use, for anyone who has any business changing startup functions. It showed my a double occurrence of one program, which I probably would have missed on my own. (I deleted the extra with no problems.)
Its recommendations fit well with generally accepted practice.

Pros: Comment: The publisher's site is in Bulgaria, and not available for support or download. So, if V. 2.1 build 914 works, OK. Otherwise I'll have wasted some bandwidth. :-)

Pros: The "nag screens" the reviewer mentioned are not a problem. I've seen worse in other freeware.
Don't bother with the "crosshairs", just copy/paste and analyze.
The analysis flags many minor problems, which is what you want from this type of program.
The ONLY way to read a EULA.

Pros: Form follows function: Day/date/time appear in a familiar place, uses few resources, and never hangs.
