Best approach - intelligent navigation!
Pros: Good maps, works with or without live connection, Treo-friendly. Very Treo-friendly. Gets extra results if you use the "Check Network" button. Like that you can keep custom lists of keywords so you only have to press once to scan around. Good mix of non-commercial and user spots. Cool to see it move along and discover things with bluetooth GPS toad up on the dash.
Cons: Takes a great deal of patience to download, then sign up on the website, then pick the maps you want on the website, then run the "Updater" to get them!! Tedius, the first time, but then you just hit the updater. Still a pain. But worth it. (No pain, no gain, right?)
