Pros: It has all the features that I am interested in (I want to know what my employees are doing during work hours and to limit the use of Internet for bandwidth hungry applications) and it is very affordable.
Application visibility info is the best in its class, it is not limited only to network apps, but to all windows standalone apps running on the PC.
This software doesn't have a keylogger, as some other user suggested. It can get the raw packets from the network and decode the content(if configured) but it doesn't look into encrypted traffic.

Pros: hot words recognition, multiuser support and, my favorite, easier configuration
Cons: lack of aggregated reports for the online version.

Version: 1.1.8Very simple and useful
Pros: The monitoring functionality is great, I can see all the applications, sites and IM sessions my son has ran. Also, it can filter applications, sites and IM sessions. It Is actually complete parental control application.
Cons: User interface is not very intuitive for complex operations
