WAV to MP3 Encoder
Version: 2.5It does what it says. Though we wish for more.
Pros: What pleases me the most is that is converts my low sample rate WAV audio to sample rate to MP3 44100Hz..
Cons: It does not give you the MP3 sample rate options. Yet it does what it says.

Expstudio Audio Editor Free
Version: 4.23Fun and easy, but not for multi-track mixing.
Pros: It is user friendly and straight forward. I like special Effects features.
Cons: I struggle to find out how to do multi-track mixing. It does not appear to have one.
