Pros: well, if you need to pay some tuition money on spotting scams....

Cons: Total snake oil. A fluffed up website trying to capitalize on the Binaural Beats thing. Except you can get lots of software for that for free. This looks like a rip off of the free SBaGen except you can't make good tone sets like you can with SBagen or some of the others and you have to pay and pay and pay for ***** that doesn't work.
