Works well. I like the pictures - quick summary.
Pros: It's easy to use and I like the way you can color code your activities and keep track of any and all types of workouts. I'm a beginner runner so it also helps me to follow a running program easier. I like the pictures, because I can quickly scan the month and see what and when I ran. Most importantly, I like that it's free!!! Thanks a bunch!
Cons: Because I do a lot of cycling, strenghtning exercies, it would nice to somehow add options for "off" days of running. This would help me keep track of all my physical activities.
