Pros: really none. i am using e-z ipod video converter. e-zsoft.com

Pros: It's very FAST. i have try many DVD conversion software. e-zsoft dvd to ipod converter is FAST.
Clean UI and easy to use. it could auto transfer to iPod Video. It's nice.
