Latest Version May Shaft You!

Pros: Until the most recent version this software was great. I never had any issues with it. Then I got a notice to "upgrade" a few days ago. Now my Auction Sentry doesn't work at all. I give it two stars for old times' sake.

Cons: So much for smooth updates. My AS is dead in the water and all I get from their customer support is some lame ***** asking for my registration information, and telling me to re-install. This just after I recently paid more money for the annual subscription. I haven't yet decided whether to try further to straighten this out or just to bail and find a competing package.
