Pros: The installation would never complete. It consistently reported a problem with my internet connection despite games such as Unreal, Quake and Battlefield 2142 working flawlessly.
Cons: I bought a game I cannot return yet refuses to function. Why would you need to download the game if I bought the DVD? I'll never buy another game from Ritual Entertainment.
