Pros: Nothing gets in the way, really easy to use.

Version: 4.95simple, clear, easy and doesn't crash, like some of its rivals.
Pros: It is stable, and so simple and easy with the firefox-like tabs, that you can build multiple page CSS websites as a novice and have everything open for editing. I did. Brilliant!
