Poor product with horrible support.

Pros: Attractive interface.

Cons: If you're like me, you are looking for a solution that will enable you to create your own high quality ringtones for your mobile phone. Xingtone is definitely not the answer. They have excellent marketing, but unfortuantely their product and support is sub-par at best. I was suckered in by their slick image and the "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" (that by the way, no longer appears on their website). After a few unsuccesful attempts at downloading a ringtone, I decided to contact their support team for some assistance. With their help, I was finally able to download a ringtone. However, it only worked after I'd edited it down to 4 seconds! Xingtone support (after you purchase their software) even suggests that you keep your clips under 5 seconds..! That may work for some people, but not me. Upon realizing that Xingtone wasn't going to suit my needs, coupled with the fact that it was rife with crashes, I decided to pursue a refund. Needless to say, they have been dodging me for weeks. I've sent them (4) e-mails which have mostly been replied to with form letters. I also chatted with an online service agent who assured me that I would be contacted very soon (that was weeks ago) concerning the refund process. These guys are shady! They're a perfect example of, "If it's too good to be true, then it probably is..."
