Stay away!!
Pros: I can't find any pros. The unregistered version worked very slow, averaging about 15-20 seconds per track.
Cons: After I bought the software I received a purchase code which unlocked it and then the program started crashing on startup. I emailed support but haven't received a responce yet. I will contact my bank to dispute the $24.95 charge. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this "slick" piece of software. They replicated iTunes' look to mislead people about the actual usability of their program.
