Great Program, Slick Interface

Pros: Very easy to work with. I have not had the problem with icons as the other person mentioned. I did send an email to the developer asking if they could make an option to turn off the auto popout as you come to the edge where you have the launcher located. I have a 5 button mouse and have it programmed to launch from the mouse click.

Cons: As mentioned above, I would like to have the ability to turn off the auto popout option. I keep the bar centered on the bottom and sometimes it will popout and will cover over my active window as I get close to the edge where I keep it located. I would like to have the option to launch by the keyboard shortcut only as that is what is programmed into my mouse. This is a great tool. I love having it. Keeps access by group of the tools I use most. Even bookmarks I use most frequently.
