Great idea but....

Pros: The idea.

Cons: Needs further work. STILL unstable in Vista Aero mode.

Nice ideas, but buggy.

Pros: Stealth mode, and the use of hot keys to open the program or hide / show files/folders. This means one can remove all traces of its presence on the desktop as an added security level.

Cons: 1. Gory colour scheme.

2. Does not work - files are hidden in Windows Explorer, but not in Free Commander.

3. Generates Error code 429. When this happens files/folders are no more hidden.

Brilliant, well thought out but flawed concept

Pros: The monitoring of installations works like a charm. Almost hassle-free. The Rolls Royce version of Zsoft.

Cons: The uninstall part is buggy. You are presented will new windows with dailogues and button captions in German !! This results in ENDLESS clicking.

Wrote to Ashampoo about this. Credit to them for a quick response. A link was provided to download a new version at their website.

You must uninstall the earlier version before installing the new one.

But for this bug, This program would be rated 5 stars.
