A whole lot better than 2007 version!

Pros: Well i gave the 2007 version no praise whatsoever, but i must admit i have had no hassle off this version as of yet with regards to conflict with any of my other security programs. The file size is (18.27MB) so really it might be bloated compared to some but hey it's FREE.

Cons: It runs very nice while scanning but it takes over 10 minutes to perform a "SMART SCAN"? I'm using Windows Vista home premium with 2gb of Ram so should this be happening? Also if i decide to stop the scan it does have a tendacy to simply keep scanning?

Yahoo Toolbar with Anti-Spy

Version: 6.3.6

JUST BRILLIANT!

Pros: EVERYTHING, i have used this toolbar for months with no problems. One of it's features is that you type in what you want, then click on thw arrow next to the "search web button" and you choose what to look for EG: images or news etc. Also you get the FREE and very good Norton Anti-spy with it. With all the other stuff i use this is top of my list daily. I also use the brilliant Yahoo search engine more than rival Google! My main email account is with Yahoo and when you get an email it flashes to let you know.Theres to many features to type in so my advice is bin your current tool bar and get this. Forget you google, msn, ebay, toolbars this beauty works much better!

Cons: NOTHING!

Ashampoo Burning Studio Free

Excellent! Well worth downloading folks!!!

Pros: Very nice interface, so easy to understand, i have Power2go & Muvee pre-installed on my Windows Vista and both are terrible, could not burn what i wanted? So i tried this and no bother, did what exactly says it does, very fast, does not hog your system. You can burn blue ray, wma, mp3 the list goes on. Also it's FREE, why look elsewhere?

Cons: Just one little note, you need to register (which is optional) but hey, not too bad!

Great! A must have!

Pros: Just an all in one class act, does what it says! Very good registry cleaner, had abosolutely no hassle from this class software.

Cons: But a few tiny moans here folks, 1: Untick system optimization and start up manage, the latter can be sorted by the "Windows defender" if you so wish, as for optimization i like eye candy! Also you need to update yourself manually (pain), but again it's free why moan?

McAfee SiteAdvisor for Firefox

A Must For kids to surf SAFE!

Pros: Just awesome, anyone who surfs needs this, your mad without it! My Kids are on the net a lot and i always advise them if it flashes RED leave the site PRONTO! I also use in on Internet Explorer 7 and it stops you getting Phished!

Cons: NONE!
